Its so quick, can't believe its almost one year since i've seen some of my sec schmates.
Already week 7 of the 2nd semester. 2 weeks of holidays coming in a month. And soon enough, the 2nd year ends. I've got WEBS test tml, and i don't really have the mood to read the slides, so i'm here to blog about my progress.
I'm definitely getting stronger, but i'm quite sure i'm gonna suck in running long distances (2.4) , since i havent been running long distances for 2-3 weeks. I'm definitely over 75kg, but again i'm sure some of it is muscle gain. Don't really have the mood to set new challenges since i'm having tests now and i feel like shit. But maybe a rough one right now, maybe 73kg by year end. Hopefully all fat loss and not muscle.
I'm seeing improvement in my assisted pullups. Started from 5 sets of 5 (36kg of assistance, 7 weeks ago) down to 5 sets of 5 (27kg). I'm nearly there.
I'm eating well, almost 5-6 meals a day. But just that it isnt very clean.
I'm definitely not working out hard enough. Where's my cardio? zZz...I need new reasonable plans.
My HIIT plans are not working out right, cuz i need junwei (Sexy Boss) as someone to time for me. But most of the time he's working at nights, or if not we'll divert to basketball.
I need to run long distances besides doing HIIT. If not my 2.4 wtf.
I don't wanna miss basketball too.

Mon - HIIT, Basketball
Tues - 2.4km
Wed - HIIT, Basketball
Thu - 2.4km
Fri - HIIT, Basketball
Looks very hardcore actually. Trial week shall start next week. I need a timer for HIIT. I'm sure if i do this faithfully, the 2kg of fats will melt like butter on hot pan. Sure easy peasy. But its so hard to keep it constant.
