I tried out some hardcore crap this first week of school and thought its too hardcore. So I decided to slow down things.
This week i tried to be funny and on monday, wednesday and friday wake up at 6am, reach gombak gym @ 7am, reach school @ 9am. Nights go do some running + burpee intervals. Not too successful to be honest, which means i need to slow things down.
The feeling after the running/burpee intervals were sensational, can literally feel the heat. And of cuz, i got stares from the leisure joggers when i stopped at every 200m mark to do burpees.
LOL. Don't worry, i stopped every 200m for burpees THEN i rested. If not i'll go nuts.
Early gym sessions didnt work for me either. I didnt go today cuz i couldn't get out of bed @ 6am. Other than that, very nice environment. But what surprised me was that I didnt know Singaporeans were so healthy. There's like 6 people already inside the gym when i stepped in @ 0705 (it opens @ 0700 on odd days). No choice, i'm not some rich kid living in a landed property, so even if i've got the money to get a home gym, i won't have the space.
So i decided to revamp my exercise plan for the semester after a week of trial test.
Monday
Early morning for me, no choice, rise @ 6am, reach gombak @ 7am, reach school by 9am.
Night run/burpee/skipping interval. Hopefully its intense enough to call it, HIIT. I shouldn't last more than 10mins.
Tuesday
Rest
Wednesday
Gym after school @ 12pm.
Night run/burpee/skipping interval. Hopefully its intense enough to call it, HIIT. I shouldn't last more than 10mins.
Thursday
Gym before school @ 830. This is tricky, cuz class starts @ 10. Sure late, but maybe 15mins?
Friday
Night run/burpee/skipping interval. Hopefully its intense enough to call it, HIIT. I shouldn't last more than 10mins.
Saturday
Rest or bball.
Sunday
Hopefully jiquan calls us over for a swim, if not something rest or bball(i don't think i'll have the energy though).
People for sure will call me cr4zy. Even my mum thinks like I'm abnormal. But its a challenge I will accept. Let's see how long i'll last. Why am i doing this? Cause' I know i'll pass my first napfa test very soon. I've overcame one of the many few barriers i faced all my life. Pushups. But i just tried the diamond pushup today, err, sad to say still too weak. Nevermind, i'll have my day.
My aim is to pass my first ever fitness test with a LEGITIMATE gold.
Let's kick ass.
First week of school was ok. I listened to lectures, followed practicals. My mission to be a good student turns out good for this week.

This is why i decided to make a change.
Wish me luck. Welcome to J0sA1Ac's healthy & good lifestyle.
