3rd week over.

So quickly the 3rd week is over. And i'm still coping well with both studies and fitness. Only that my diet is alittle going off course. Still and i think i've gained quite a alittle more weight, but doesnt really bother me. Other than that, i think i'm doing well.

I havent skip a lesson for 3 weeks, which is quite an improvement.

I've a spot in a group for all my projects already which is miraculous.

I've faithfully been going to gombak gym 3 times a week from the 2nd week of school.

I've incoporated barbell squats in my gym work

I've yet to make HIIT a part of my habit yet.

I've yet to get rid of those skin parasites on my elbow.

I've yet to plan a 6 meal plan

I've yet to incorporate deadlifting in my gym work

I've yet to learn how to clean and push press

I've yet to be able to do a standard pullup


I'll definitely make effort to do the things i've yet to do. But the 6 meal plan is really difficult when it comes to eating at school. What do i eat? Chicken rice? Cr4zy, the chicken less den the fried skin of the chicken. Jap food? The meat tastes incredibly 'tasty' with the use of excess preservatives and the meat look like shreds. Soup noodle, err how much nutritional value is in there. Western stall? I love the oil. =.='''

If i eat any of the above, i think that one meal could easily amount to 2 meals of anything but protein.


Went to get a haircut last friday. Many people asked me what motivated me to cut 'number 1' (close to bald). There are actually alot of reasons.

1.) Hair Damaged. Looks like a clump of withered grass.
2.) Obstructs exercising.
3.) Weather is super hot. I keep sweating
4.) Neater
5.) Fuck looks.
6.) A long time since i've cut tt short (Last time was sec 3)

Until now, i don't know how some people get the motivation to style their hair so nicely. I'll probably do it the first day, then i won't do it again.





























As usual went to gym yesterday, but first time @ 3pm. It was super cr4zy. I think there was at least 40 people at the gym. But I still got the job done. Saw this guy doing bicep curls using dumbbells and ez bars and preacher curls for at least an hour. LOL. Stop curling la. LOL.
