Its so bloody confusing. 24 hours, too much things to do.

I have my training commitments
I have to work
I need friends
I need basketball
I need to play games

There are too many a times friends ask me out for either dinner or just a bite. But so far, I rejected them because on Mon, Wed, Fri I'll need to rush down to gombak. And on Tues and thurs, I need my basketball.


DISM guys asked me out for steak! That's like what I've been wanting to do since dono when. But ohohoh, rejected.

ITP friends occasionally asked to go for dinner or have fun. I needed some bonding session, but I rejected again.

And now, tomorrow I'm going down to SWF tml, and I'LL REJECT A WHOLE LOT OF MORE PEOPLE IN THE FUTURE. Wtf, even Sat is packed now.


This calls for a time to think about time management. This sucks. When will I say yes?


Fuck.

Not too good, but still in high spirits.

The problem now is that i'm quite far from my aim of reducing another 5 by february. In fact its out of reach.

But i'm feeling like its because of how consistent i've been working out and the fact that i'm eating too little and the wrong stuff too.

But i know i'll be doing fine.

Incline Bench Press: 27.5/45
Flat Bench Press: 32.5/50
Back Squats: 45/70
Military Presses: 25/52.5
Bent-over rows: 32.5/65
Deadlifts: 47.5/90
Pullups: 2/8

I'll be looking to work harder in my bench presses. They're too gay to be true. I'll be adding more to my back squats soon. So far my only problems are the presses.

I'll be back to training alone. Both good and bad. The good thing is that i can finish by an hour, the bad thing is that i won't dare to go heavy on the bench presses and squats. Its time i planned a meal plan.

Since i'm having attachment, i've gotta wake early to prepare lunch and crap. So its gonna be 7 oclock mornings for me.

7.30am - Oats with fruits or 3 eggs with a can of tuna.
10am - Nuts with 3 eggs
1pm - Home prepared rice with 2 chicken breast with vege.
4pm - Nuts with fruits.
7pm - Milk more meat be it fish or whatever.

Only 2 cheat meals per week.

Same goal as before, lose fat gain muscle and my lifelong goal of up-ing my fitness.

When we talk fitness, these are the qualities:

Accuracy

As for guitaring, i'm doing fine trying out my first fingerstyle song, Freight train. Hopefully i can play Dixie mcguire soon. Still working on Angelina.

Seems like my dad and my playing styles are too different. So many electric guitars in the house, but i still sticked to my trusty guitar. So many cool distortion pedals, but i chose the pure acoustic guitar sound.



What Tommy Emmanuel said was really quite true. Repetition is what is important for fingerstyle. I've remembered playing Angelina for more than 20 times a day for the past one yr and i'm stilling playing it.



crazy stuff. so beautiful, but that only comes with hard work. This song is a million times harder than freight train.

Anyway, focus is the key.
